This is honey as it should be eaten: pure, decadent and complete with the honeycomb that it came from, a sight that makes you want to put your whole paw right in - so perhaps it's just as well that it comes in such a generously sized jar. This delicious Welsh honey, while prone to natural crystallisation, has a gently fruity flavour and the delicate honeycomb adds a crumbly texture. Very good on sourdough bread with unsalted butter.
