Traditional Afternoon Tea elements are creatively named after theatre tropes. Act I includes savoury delights like The Green Room with dill cream cheese and smoked salmon, The Matinee Delight featuring lemon and herb marinated roast chicken, Hamlet’s Harissa with rose harissa roasted sweet potato, and the Stagehands' Sausage Roll. Our Intermission features traditional Showstopper Scones accompanied by fragrant unlimited teas. Act II unveils decadent sweet treats such as the Tutu Tartlet with white chocolate ganache, raspberry, and rose mousse, Curtain Call with red velvet cake and mascarpone mousseline, On The Barre with almond and blueberry frangipane bar, and Baritone’s Delight of dark chocolate delice with espresso cream.
