Our exceptional 85% Dark Hot Chocolate is made with single origin Colombian Chocolate - for a richer, darker taste - and all natural cocoa butter. Only ICCO classified ?Fino de aroma? or fine flavour cocoa is used, making it part of only 6-8% of chocolate in the world. Tasting Notes consist of mild cocoa flavour, red fruit notes and a mild level of acidity as a perfect accompaniment for the chocolate flavour. Each tin is made in the UK with a design based on Fortnum & Mason's 1860s cocoa paste e
