Bursting with sherry-soaked vine fruits, juicy glacé cherries and fragrant citrus peels, our classic Christmas cakes are a festive feast for even the most discerning fruitcake lover – generous, treacly and incredibly moreish.

Once baked, each cake is carefully transported to the ‘fine art department’ of Bettys, where our team of professional cake decorators create every pinecone, garland and star by hand, and set about painstakingly scrolling and swirling the intricate royal icing borders onto the fondant and marzipan-topped cake.
