Our Mango & Passion Fruit Fondant Fancies are made by our craft bakers from our classic all-butter Genoese sponge, layered with mango and passion fruit pâte de fruit – a wonderfully vibrant taste of pure sunshine. Each one is then given a layer of marzipan, dipped into soft fondant icing and sealed with Swiss white chocolate. With that finishing blush of natural red colour and five hand-piped dots of passion fruit-hued royal icing, our Fondant Fancies are perfectly outfitted for your picnics, garden parties and birthday celebrations.
