A deliciously different 'cake' made up of our famed Fondant Fancies, each one carefully hand-piped with a pretty pink and yellow ‘Spring Flowers’ design. Perfect for birthdays, baby showers and office parties – and a doddle to serve as there’s no slicing required.

A lot goes into a Bettys Fondant Fancy, ensuring that each part is just so. Perfectly tender, delicately sweet Genoese sponge, rich, creamy buttercream, proper marzipan that is soft and authentically almondy (no flavouring!), plus the semi-soft fondant icing that is so outrageously satisfying to eat. Add a layer of tart raspberry jam, and dip the base in white chocolate to keep it fresh (a deliciously artisan trick) and you have a perfectly formed moment of sweet delight, just waiting for you to put the kettle on.

The word ‘craft’ gets used often, but at Bettys we really mean it.
