Acclaimed Pastry Chef Jessica Préalpato is collaborating with The Carlton Tower Jumeirah in Knightsbridge to create a unique Afternoon Tea experience, rooted in the concept of Desseralité - a style created exclusively by Jessica. Jessica is completely redesigning the hotel’s pastry offering and creating an exciting new take on an Afternoon Tea, inspired by the botanics and flora of the iconic Kew Gardens in West London.
