He?ll introduce you to the ingredients and techniques you?ll be using, before you get hands-on, creating a wonderful selection of colourful macaroons with creamy filling. During your four-hour class, you?ll also enjoy a chocolate tasting and prepare eight mouth-watering truffles. A light lunch will be provided, along with plenty of tips and tricks to recreate the chocolate magic at home.
